Britney Spears starts a new hobby and that is meditation. Thanks to her new boyfriends, Britney has picked up the habit of meditation. Apparently her favorite method is the TM style mantra meditation.
She does it for 15 minutes before her performances to center herself. She touts it to be more effective than drugs. She must be performing a lot! Because meditation doesn’t work until you do it regularly and frequently.
