When it comes to stress, not all types of stress are bad. If you are able to effectively cope with stressful situations, at least some of the stressful instances could work in your favor. They can make you more stress resilient.
There is quite a bit of bad stress, like getting assaulted or having a terminal illness. But the good stress is the one where some amount of pressure or stress is going to motivate you to your best.
