Cultivating well-being: A neuroscientific approach is a curriculum developed by UW Madison that helps people improve well-being in the workplace. This program draws heavily on the work of neuroscientist Richie Davidson.
With two quadrillion megabytes of information being transmitted daily, distraction in the workplace is a major source which reduces the well-being of employees.
The program uses the research in emotional styles to teach skills to employees that can improve their well-being.
