You can stop aging early in the life, if you pick up the practice of meditation and do it regularly. New studies show that long term meditators’ brain age slowly.
The grey matter in our brain, usually reduces in density over the years. That is the sign of normal aging. But for long term meditators the grey matter density remains intact. So it may be more advantageous to get the meditation habit started early in your life.
