Meditation Is Not For Everyone

Meditation is not for everyone. A small percentage of people do experience negative outcomes. Meditation is neither a panacea nor a perfect antidote to all of life’s ailments.

A very small percentage of people who go through intensive meditation retreat may end up with a more disturbed psychological state compared to where they began with. Let’s not throw the baby out with the bathwater yet!
