A recent study found that people with mild cognitive impairment, who went through a 8 week mindfulness course, experienced cognitive improvements.

A second study also found that people experienced reduce intensity of migraine headaches after going through the similar mindfulness course.

A third study showed reduced pain and anxiety for the meditators.
