You can make your workout more enjoyable and productive by using mindfulness. When you are running, what do you think? A professional runner was recently asked the same question and his answer was “running”.

It is possible to get into the zone while working out and when you are in the zone and not thinking about many different things including brooding about something that went wrong, or planning about something that’s upcoming, it can add to the enjoyment of the activity at hand, i.e. working out.
