Sometimes the more common forms of sitting meditation may not calm your racing mind. You may have to try different types of meditations before calling it quits.
Sitting meditation is not the only form of meditation. There are dynamic meditations like walking meditation, gentle stretching meditation or the martial art practice meditation.
When it comes to meditation, the medium or the means employed, be it sitting or a dynamic activity, doesn’t really matter. Because meditation is all about paying attention or ‘attending’.
