Faith and Spirituality Better for Mental Health Than Active Group Participation

Regularly going to church, mosque, temple or synagogue is better for your mental health than participating in active groups like, sports or book clubs. As per the new research done by the London School of Economics.

There are some of us, who hate religion and the very idea of god as it can be very unscientific and polarizing. For millions if not billions of people, ‘handing over’ your problem to the god or believing in the cosmic law of whatever happens is the god’s will, is their only solace.

And it is the only mechanism to deal with the agony of pain that they carry. Take that hope away from that and they will be mentally ruined!!
