Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) has on his policy agenda, mindfulness, yoga and the salad bars. Like many of us he is no stranger to stress. His political career made his stress skyrocket.
But when he gave meditation an honest try he noticed that it worked for him. When he practiced he was less stressed and his day went smoother. He hasn’t looked back ever since. He has been a proponent of mindfulness, meditation and yoga ever since.
