A new study has found that having a closely knit relationship with one or more of your loved ones has a great effect on your stress levels.
The study was conducted by Australia’s Queen’s University. The results of such study found out that people with close relationships tend to share burdens and strengthen the bond — physical or emotional. This results to a decrease in stress levels and unbearable pain.
