Charlotte Lieberman found herself in a situation where she needed to find a way to get out of an addiction — an addiction she thought could help her get things done faster.
Like her, most of us look for shortcuts and easier ways in getting things done. However, in the end, it didn’t help. Instead it led us to become less productive that we already were.
Thankfully, she found healing from her addiction through mindfulness meditation.
