Students need to focus especially during exams. This is one of the reasons why others go for medications that can help them or enhance their ability to focus. However, medication isn’t the answer.
According to an article published in Michigan Radio’s website, students need to practice meditation to help them focus on their studies (e.g., exams, extracurricular activities, etc.)
Rita Benn co-founder of the Michigan Collaborative for Mindfulness in Education believes that meditation and mindfulness techniques actually help both the students and teachers to handle stress inside the classroom.
