When we were younger, we were asked by our parents about who or what we want to be in the future. Some wanted to become doctors and engineers; others just want to be alive and live a normal life. Others didn’t know the answer.
This is why it is vital that we map out things, qualities, and goals for ourselves with the use of a “mandala”.
